Product Description
This product is part of the XY2C range, an offer of emergency stop rope pull switches. It is ideal for all machines requiring stopping of dangerous movement in the immediate vicinity of the machine. It is suitable for applications such as woodworking machines, shears, conveyor systems, printing machines, textile machines etc. This emergency stop rope pull switch has 1 normally closed and 1 normally opened, slow-break contacts with positive opening operation. It is a switch with a rated operational current of 0.27A at 250V AC, 3A at 240V AC and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. Switch has three 1/2 inch NPT tapped conduit entries. The trigger cable anchor point at right and left hand side. Switch can reset by a flush pushbutton. It offers long mechanical durability which is about 60000 operating cycles. It is an IP65 rated product. The casing is made of Zamak (red) with stainless steel cover. Its dimensions are 7.91 inches (Width) x 3.74 inches (Depth) x 2.46 inches (Height) and weighs 1.91 lbs. This product meets UL508, CSA C22.2 No 14, EN/ISO 13850, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-5, machinery directive 2006/42/EC and work equipment directive 2009/104/EC standards. This product is certified by UL, CSA and CCC. XY2 range emergency stop rope pull switch is intended for all machines requiring stopping of a dangerous movement in the immediate vicinity of the machine.
