| Title |

An electromechanical relay is an electrical component that acts as a remotely controlled switch. It allows an electrical circuit to be controlled using a low-power signal, often emitted by a PLC, a push button, or a sensor. The electromechanical relay consists of two main parts: the coil and one or more contacts. The function of the concise coil is that when electrically energized, it creates a magnetic field. As for the contacts, the magnetic field attracts a movable lever that closes (or opens) the contacts, allowing current to flow into a second circuit. When the coil is deactivated, a spring returns the contacts to their initial position.
Main Advantages:
Applications:
RSL relays are ultra-compact electromechanical relays specially designed for applications where space is limited. Part of Schneider Electric's Harmony range, they offer a reliable, cost-effective and modular solution for interface functions in automation and control systems.
✅ Benefits
🎯 Areas of application
Compatible accessories
The RSL relays in the Harmony range are distinguished by their ultra-thin design, measuring only 6 mm wide. This allows for high mounting density on DIN rails and significant space savings in electrical cabinets. Each RSL relay features a changeover contact (1 CO) with a conventional thermal current of up to 6 A, making it ideal for signaling, logic, or simple control applications.
The control voltages cover a wide range from 12 V to 230 V, in alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC), depending on the model chosen. An integrated LED indicator provides immediate visualization of the relay status, and a protective circuit integrated into the base effectively protects against overvoltages and reverse polarity.
The RSL relays are available with screw or spring-loaded (push-in) connections for quick, tool-free installation. A locking/unlocking lever makes it easy to replace the relay without having to disconnect the wires, simplifying maintenance operations.
RSB relays are modular interface relays designed for automation, control, and interface applications in industrial and commercial environments. Thanks to their versatility, robustness, and modularity, they integrate perfectly into electrical architectures requiring reliability and compactness.

🛠️ Compatible modules and accessories
RSB relays are available in several contact configurations to suit different loads and switching needs:
They cover a wide control voltage range, from 6 V to 240 V, in alternating and direct current (AC/DC), allowing them to be integrated into many industrial or commercial environments.
The range offers two supply options:
A standard version, which can be customized as required.
A pre-assembled version, delivered ready to use with:
→ Mounting base, plug-in protection module, plastic retaining clip, and identification label.
The bases are available in screw or spring-loaded (push-in) terminal versions, with separate contacts to ensure both electrical safety and wiring flexibility. Some versions include a status LED, allowing for quick visualization of coil energization. All models are equipped with a built-in manual test device, facilitating on-site inspections and repairs. A retaining clip is provided to ensure the relay is securely attached to its base, even in vibration-prone environments.
The Harmony RXG relays are designed to meet the needs of demanding automation systems, thanks to their robust design, easy testability, and compatibility with various mounting types. They are ideal for interfaces between PLCs, sensors, actuators, and power systems.

🧩 Two types of offers
RXG relays are available in two configurations:
1 changeover contact (1 CO) capable of switching up to 10 A
2 changeover contacts (2 CO) each supporting up to 5 A
They accept a wide control voltage range, from 6 V to 230 V, in alternating and direct current (AC/DC), making them suitable for many industrial and commercial applications. Depending on the version chosen, the RXG relays include a status LED, providing instant visualization of coil energization. A lockable test button is also available on certain models, facilitating safe maintenance or operational verification operations. Each relay also features a mechanical indicator displaying the contact status in real time.
Thanks to their Faston terminals, the RXG relays allow for fast, reliable, and tool-free connection, optimizing installation times. They are available in standard version or with transparent housing, integrating LED and test button, thus offering a clear, secure and easy to diagnose solution.
The RXM series of miniature electromechanical relays from the Harmony range are designed to provide a compact, robust and flexible solution for automation, control and interface systems. Their small size and wide range of mounting options make them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

🧩 Two offers available
RXM relays are available in versions with 2, 3, or 4 changeover contacts (CO), with switching capacities adapted to each configuration:
Up to 12 A for 2 CO models
Up to 10 A for 3 CO models
Up to 6 A for 4 CO models
They are available in a standard version, as well as a low-level version, specially designed for processing weak signals (used in automation or precision electronic circuits).
RXM relays support a wide control voltage range, from 6 V to 240 V, in alternating or direct current (AC/DC), making them particularly versatile. Depending on the model, a status LED is integrated to quickly display coil energization. A lockable test button allows manual simulation of relay operation for testing or maintenance purposes. A mechanical position indicator completes these features, providing the user with an immediate visual reading of the status of the contacts.
The Harmony range of RUM relays are universal electromechanical relays designed to provide a flexible, configurable, and reliable solution for a wide variety of industrial applications. Their compatibility with numerous accessories and modules makes them suitable for control, automation, and signaling systems.
